- Deliver agreed outcomes within the scope, time, and budget committed, unless changes are agreed in writing.
- Respect the intellectual property and proprietary methods of clients and third parties.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Comply fully with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Only access, store, or share client or company information when necessary for legitimate business purposes.
- Securely store physical and digital information to prevent unauthorised access.
- Report any suspected data breaches immediately to management.

- Declare any personal, financial, or other interests that could compromise impartiality.
- Refrain from accepting gifts, hospitality, or benefits that could influence business decisions.
- Seek prior approval before engaging in outside work that could conflict with company responsibilities.
6. Anti-Bribery and Corruption
- Comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010.
- Never offer, give, request, or accept bribes or improper advantages.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and business expenses.

- Concerns about unethical, illegal, or unsafe behaviour should be reported promptly to a manager or via the company’s whistleblowing procedure.
- Breaches of this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
