Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy

Introduction

As a leading consultancy and training business in the UK, we are committed to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our operations and services. Our ESG policy reflects our dedication to sustainable practices, social responsibility, and ethical governance.

Environmental Responsibility

We recognise our role in minimising environmental impact and are committed to:

Sustainable Practices: Implementing sustainable business practices by sourcing environmentally friendly products and services where possible and encouraging our clients to do the same. Furthermore, some of our services focus specifically on sustainability activity, with a view to reducing emissions, waste, and pollution for clients.

Resource Efficiency: Reducing our own carbon footprint through efficient use of resources, energy conservation, and waste reduction. This includes adopting digital solutions to minimise paper usage, avoiding travel unless necessary, and where travel is required, using public transport if feasible.

Sustainability Training Programmes: Incorporating environmental sustainability into our training programs and promoting awareness and best practices in environmental stewardship among our clients, employees and associates.

Social Responsibility

We aim to positively impact society by:

Diversity and Inclusion: Fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued, and everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We promote equal opportunities and aim to reflect this diversity in our workforce, both through our direct employees and our associate network.

Community Engagement: Supporting local communities through sponsorship, engagement and development initiatives. We sponsor a minimum of one UK charity or community project each calendar year. We also encourage our employees and associates to volunteer and participate in community projects.

Employee Well-being: Prioritising the health and well-being of our employees and associates by providing a safe, supportive, and healthy work environment. We offer opportunities to help our employees grow professionally and personally.

Governance

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance as outlined in our Code of Conduct, a copy of which can be obtained via our website or by requesting a copy by emailing info@inspiringgroup.co.uk

We are continuously monitoring and improving our ESG practices through regular review and stakeholder feedback.

Conclusion

Our ESG policy is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional consultancy and training services. By embedding ESG principles into our business, we aim to create long-term value for our clients, employees, associates, community, and the natural environment.
